Associate DVM, Edina
Dr. Loree Desai works as an Associate DVM at our Edina hospital. Dr. Desai’s favorite part of her job is the bond she gets to form with her clients and their furry family members. Her medical interests include internal medicine and cardiology.
Before working at Vet Partners, Dr. Desai obtained her undergraduate degree in Animal Science from the University of Minnesota. She went on to graduate from the Purdue University, College of Veterinary Medicine, in 2015. After graduation, she returned to Minnesota and worked at a busy small animal clinic, then joined Vet Partners Pet Hospital in the fall of 2016.
In her free time, Dr. Desai likes to travel, weight lift, and check out local breweries with her husband and their rescue French Bulldog, Chef.

Food: I like all types of food! Thai food and pizza are high on the list. Also, wine.
Experience: Hiking and traveling
Animal: So many favorites! Dogs, elephants, giraffes, penguins, ferrets, frogs and the list goes on and on.
Pets:
Chef: French Bulldog. King of the Desai household. Honorary staff member at Vet Partners. Lover of all fancy pillows so he can tear them apart. Favorite snacks are oranges and popcorn. The cuddliest dog in the world.
