Veterinary Assistant, Apple Valley
Riley works as a Veterinary Assistant at our Apple Valley hospital. Riley’s favorite part of her job is getting to cuddle with patients and helping the technicians have easier days.
Before working at Vet Partners, Riley attended the School of Environmental Studies (AKA “The Zoo School”), as well as Eastview High School, where she graduated as valedictorian. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Biology at Normandale Community College as well as building her modeling portfolio.
In her free time, Riley enjoys hanging out with her family, planning photoshoots with her sister, writing, and napping with her cats. She loves to get out of town when she can, whether it’s as close as Wisconsin or as far away as South Africa.

Keys to Riley’s Heart:
Food: Pho, Mac and Cheese, and Popcorn
Music: Rammstein (more of a weakness than key to her heart)
Experience: Living in the Living in the African bush for two weeks and waking up before the sun rose to hike through the bush with three cheetahs and hearing the pride of lions roar nearby.
Animal: Cheetah – Big cats! Snakes are pretty cute too
Pets:
Bear: Black DLH – Super sweet! Everyone who meets him says he changed their perspective on cats. He loves to give kisses and snuggle right on top of my chest.just had his 17th birthday! He is in CKD and still one of the feistiest and lovable kiddos she has ever had.
Ace: Mostly White Calico – Kind of a stereotypical cat personality, he likes his space and only wants to cuddle on his own terms. He is so in love with my dad, we call Ace dad’s boyfriend. He is 8 years old and a straight up jerk that everyone loves
Honey: Orange DSH – She’s scared of absolutely everything except me and insists on sleeping under the covers. She will not hesitate to wake me up at five in the morning because she’s ready for breakfast. 6 years old and Riley’s babygirl. She gets everything she wants, when she wants, how she wants
Stinky: Orange and white DSH. He was originally a stray outside of Jessica’s house, she brought him into the clinic and Riley fell in love. He has been her worst nightmare ever since and she is head over heels in love with him
