Vet Partners is fully equipped to diagnose and treat your pet. When you arrive, we will evaluate your pet and begin any medical treatment immediately. If more extensive treatment is necessary, we’ll be sure to take the time to go over all options and costs of the upcoming treatment. No question is too big or too small for our veterinary team. Potential emergent situations include foreign object ingestion, lacerations, fractures, heatstroke, and respiratory distress.

Vet Partners is equipped with the latest veterinary medical technology and and our experienced veterinarians and registered veterinary technicians are prepared to provide the emergency and critical care your pet requires.  We can quickly evaluate your pet with our digital X-ray, ultrasound, endoscopy, and EKG equipment for signs of injury or disease.  Our in-house laboratory can process blood and urine tests quickly so we can provide the best treatment options for your pet.

Vet Partners can provide fluid therapy for your pet that is dehydrated or fighting an infection. We place an intravenous catheter that allows us to continually give your pet fluids, which can improve electrolyte imbalances and blood pressure and allow us access to administer necessary medications.

Vet Partners can provide oxygen therapy for any respiratory issues. Oxygen therapy can greatly decrease respiratory efforts for your pet if they are having difficulty breathing. We can closely monitor their blood oxygen levels as well and adjust the oxygen accordingly.

Vet Partners can help save the lives of pets by providing animal blood products for life-saving blood transfusions. We are committed to operating in a completely ethical and humane manner to benefit the recipient and the donor.  Donor animals are examined and screened for any diseases before acceptance into the program and must adhere to strict requirements, including age and weight restrictions. A waiting period applies between donations to provide the safest possible schedule for our donors. Our blood processing equipment provides for the most effective handling of blood products from the time of donation to the need for a hospitalized patient transfusion.

Radiology allows Vet Partners veterinarians to get a view of the internal organs in your pet’s body in an entirely non-invasive way.  X-rays allow us to create images of all the body’s organs and help detect and prevent serious illnesses.

The use of radiology is safe, and our entire staff is highly trained. Our goal is to provide your pet with the highest level of medical care possible.

Vet Partners’ in-house laboratory services are designed  to get immediate results for emergency and urgent care cases. We also use several well-respected reference laboratories for additional diagnostic testing. Our testing abilities include routine blood panel screenings, endocrinology testing (diabetes, Cushing’s, Addison’s, thyroid diseases), and urinalysis.

An endoscope is a long, flexible tube with a tiny camera at its tip. A channel inside the tube allows the veterinarian to insert a variety of small instruments for obtaining biopsy samples or retrieving foreign objects.

Pets will be anesthetized for this invasive procedure allowing a veterinarian to examine the inner linings of your pet’s nose, throat, lungs, stomach, intestine, or colon. Our vets may even be able to clip small biopsy samples from tissues for analysis in our in-house laboratory or retrieve foreign bodies your pet may have ingested.

Vet Partners ultrasound procedure uses sound waves to offer a non-invasive, painless, and radiation-free method of imaging your pet’s internal organs.

Ultrasounds are another tool we have at our disposal to detect, diagnose, and prevent illness in your pet.

Vet Partners focuses on patient safety, pain management, and employing the most current surgical practices while your pet is in our care.  Vet Partners will monitor your pet before, during, and after surgery and will take exceptional care to ensure a safe and complete recovery for your pet. We will also address any questions or concerns about surgery, including concerns about anesthesia, pain management, or postoperative care.

When your pet is ready to go home, we will review your postoperative care and medication instructions.  Once back home with your pet, if any questions or concerns arise, don’t hesitate to contact your vet right away.

Vet Partners uses an isolation ward with a separate ventilation and sewage system, to isolate highly contagious patients to protect other animals in our care.

Vet Partners maintains an extensive inventory of veterinary pharmaceutical products and medications, including flea, tick, and heartworm preventive products.

When you purchase medications from our pharmacy, you can rest assured that your pet’s medications were obtained from safe, reliable sources and stored under optimal conditions. Vet Partners will fill your prescriptions based on your pet’s specific needs. We will provide you with all necessary information on your pet’s medications, including proper dosing information, and alert you to any potential drug side effects or interactions.

If after you leave the vet and your pet starts showing any sort of signs of strange reactions to the medication, please don’t hesitate to call your vet for additional information!
