Associate DVM, Minneapolis
Dr. Courtney Blohm works as an Associate DVM at our Minneapolis hospital. Dr. Blohm’s favorite part of her job is witnessing the animal and human bond and helping animals feel better whether they are sick or just feeling nervous at the vet.
Before working at Vet Partners, Dr. Blohm completed her undergraduate degree in Animal Science and Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She completed her doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2014. She completed an internship in Emergency Medicine and Critical Care in 2015 at Wisconsin Veterinary Referral Center. Dr. Blohm began working as an associate veterinarian in general practice after completing her internship, as she wanted to pursue her passion for preventative medicine.
In her free time, Dr. Blohm enjoys hiking with her husband and dogs, birding, listening to live music, and reading.

Jilly Bean: Tuxedo DSH – Adopted after performing my first every spay surgery on her in veterinary school – the most athletic and attention-seeking of the group, as well as, the most devoted pet to my husband
Nigel: Dachshund/Terrier Mix – Rescued during my internship – born without a tail – the most enthusiastic hiker and snacker in the group, as well as the most devoted pet to me
Clementine: Pug/Poodle/Terrier Mix – Adopted from a local rescue – born with the most whimsical tail – the sweetest and best listener of the household
